I LOVE CINNAMON ROLLS!

There couldn’t be a more appropriate title!  Who doesn’t love cinnamon rolls?  All of us have favorite childhood memories and one of mine is of Sunday morning breakfasts - cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs and thin slices of Virginia ham.  Just the thought of those morning feasts makes my mouth water as does Judith Fertig’s delightful, delicious cookbook that holds something for everyone even whole wheat, vegan and gluten-free options.

Following a brief history of cinnamon rolls and a description of each of its parts Fertig shares eight dough recipes (including no-knead and bread machine doughs) which you can use in countless ways limited only by the variety of fillings and glazes you choose.  Yes, you can even make your very own kind of cinnamon rolls, which may very well be a family favorite for generations to come.

My favorite recipe?  Impossible to choose from these tastier than ever treats.  However, Mexican Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls (p. 34) and Yummy Glazed Cinnamon Rolls (p. 14) would surely be at the top of my list.

Generously illustrated with full-page photos and filled with easy to follow directions I love Cinnamon Rolls! needs to be in every cookbook collection.
